“The Mosaic” is more than a salad; it is a statement piece.
Created for the Natural History Museum’s Night of Wonder annual gala, this appetizer was recognized by the International Caterers Association with a CATIE Award for Best Appetizer.
Designed to reflect the beauty, color, and diversity of nature, each plate served as a vibrant interpretation of the Earth’s natural abundance.
We are honored to have this work recognized and proud to share it as a reflection of what is possible when creativity and execution come together.

ACE Award – Best Catered Wedding
Set against the sunlit hills of San Juan Capistrano, this September wedding was both breathtaking and challenging — with clear California skies overhead and 98-degree heat shaping the day.
Recognized with the ACE Award for Best Catered Wedding, this event — thoughtfully coined “La Familia meets Opa” — was a true reflection of seamless execution under complex conditions.
From start to finish, it was a collective effort — one that transformed logistical challenges into a fluid, beautifully executed celebration.
This award is a testament to the team behind it and to our belief that weddings are more than events. They are deeply personal stories, and it is our privilege to help bring them to life.

Artfully plated to capture the natural beauty of the changing seasons, this autumn-inspired creation celebrated seasonal textures and flavors.
.Presented by the International Caterers Association (ICA), the CATIE Awards (Catered Arts Through Innovative Excellence) highlight caterers pushing the boundaries of flavor and design.
We were thrilled to win Best Appetizer for our original dish, “In Nature: The Fall Crisp Salad.”
Designed with elegance and balance in mind, the salad blended vibrant vegetables, delicate microgreens, and just the right hint of citrus and crunch.
It was both a visual and culinary experience—one that embodied the thoughtful craftsmanship we aim to bring to every dish.

ACE Award - Best Catered Micro Event
Intimacy, warmth, and purpose – three words used to describe this event.
The ACE (Achievement in Catering Excellence) Awards recognize outstanding work in catered events, and this year, we were honored in the Best Catered Micro Event category for our collaboration with the Illumination Foundation.
Although this was a smaller event, with a smaller guest list, every detail mattered—every plate, every interaction, every decorative element had to be on point.
Our team rose to the challenge with customized menus, personalized service, and a heartfelt approach that brought guests closer together while celebrating a worthy cause. It was an event that truly demonstrated the power of small-scale experiences to make a lasting impact.
